Deposits

Log in to your 77Taya account → go to Wallet → select Deposit → choose GCash. Enter the amount (minimum ₱100), confirm the transaction, and you'll be redirected to the GCash payment page. The minimum deposit at 77Taya is ₱100. This applies to GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and most other supported payment methods. Some bank transfer methods may have higher minimums – check the deposit page after logging in for the exact limits per payment method.

GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly – usually within 30 seconds of approval. GrabPay is also near-instant. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet typically take 5 minutes to 2 hours depending on the originating bank. BDO and BPI online banking transfers can take up to 1 business day. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

77Taya does not charge any deposit fees on our end. The amount you send is the amount that appears in your wallet. However, some payment providers (particularly certain bank transfer methods) may charge their own transaction fees on the sender's side. GCash and Maya deposits typically have no additional fees.

77Taya does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit per transaction, though payment providers like GCash have their own daily transfer limits (typically ₱100,000 per day for fully verified GCash accounts). Members can also set their own voluntary deposit limits through Account Settings → Responsible Gaming to manage their spending.

Withdrawals

Log in → Wallet → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification (government-issued ID). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal processing times at 77Taya: GCash and Maya – typically within 1–3 hours during business hours. Bank transfer via InstaPay – 1–3 hours. PESONet – next business day. BDO/BPI online banking – 1–2 business days. All withdrawal requests are reviewed for security before release, which is why same-day processing isn't always possible for larger amounts.

The minimum withdrawal at 77Taya is ₱500 for most payment methods. For bank transfers, a minimum of ₱1,000 may apply. Check the withdrawal page in your account for the exact minimum per payment method at the time of your request, as these can be updated.

If your withdrawal has been pending beyond the expected processing time, first check the status in your transaction history under Wallet. If it still shows "Pending," contact our team via live chat or at support@77taya.best with your withdrawal reference number and the amount. Common reasons for delays include incomplete KYC verification, pending wagering requirements on bonuses, or a security review on large withdrawals.

77Taya does not charge withdrawal fees for standard GCash and Maya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur a small processing fee depending on the destination bank and transfer method.
