77Taya Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & Member Agreement

Welcome to 77Taya. These Terms and Conditions (referred to throughout as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the member, and 77Taya, the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at 77taya.best and associated mobile interfaces.

By completing the 77Taya registration process, clicking "I Agree" during sign-up, or simply accessing and using any part of the 77Taya platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To register and maintain an active account at 77Taya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77Taya strictly enforces the minimum age requirement. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation of these Terms and of applicable law.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited. Filipino residents are the primary intended audience for 77Taya.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 77Taya or any of its affiliates, software providers, or partner organisations.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that covers77Taya or related platforms at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Each person is permitted to holdone account only on the 77Taya platform. Creating multiple accounts – whether under your own name, under an alias, or by using another person's identity – is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and payment details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.77Taya may request documentary proof of any information provided as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing your first withdrawal.

As a 77Taya member, you accept responsibility for all activity that takes place within your account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits and withdrawal requests made, and all casino game sessions that occur using your login credentials, regardless of whether you personally initiated those actions.

You are required to:

• Keep your username and password confidential at all times and not share them with any other person.
• Log out of your 77Taya account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 77Taya immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Our24/7 support team will lock the account while the matter is investigated.
• Ensure that your registered payment methods (GCash, Maya, bank accounts) are registered in your own name and not shared with other people for the purpose of using your77Taya account.
• Use the 77Taya platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not for commercial exploitation, data harvesting, or resale of odds information.

77Taya is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a member sharing their account credentials, failing to log out, or using an insecure device. Account security is the individual member's responsibility.

All financial transactions on the 77Taya platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion and no hidden exchange rate markup. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your 77Taya wallet.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at77Taya is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to 30 minutes during peak hours.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. To process your first withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. 77Taya does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in another person's name, or payment methods not registered to the account holder.

Standard withdrawal processing time to GCash or Maya is under 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution. 77Taya does not charge fees on withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

77Taya reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal that triggers our anti-money laundering (AML) screening process. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the77Taya wallet balance.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, PBA betting, Sabong, and MA betting activity on the 77Taya platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases where77Taya has posted an incorrect price due to a manifest error (see below).
• The minimum bet on any 77Taya market is ₱20. Maximum bet limits vary by event, market type, and member tier, and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Live odds change in real time and the odds shown at the moment of confirmation are binding.
• 77Taya reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a pricing error was made by the odds compiler, where the result was already known at the time of bet placement, or where the integrity of the event is suspected to have been compromised.
• Bets placed on suspended or void markets will be refunded in full to the member's 77Taya wallet balance.
• For accumulator/parlay bets, if one leg of the parlay is voided, the parlay is recalculated without that leg and the remaining legs proceed as normal.
• In the event of event postponement, rules governing settlement depend on the sport: postponed football matches are generally kept open for 48 hours; postponed PBA games are voided unless rescheduled within 7 days.

Manifest Errors: If 77Taya determines that odds were posted due to a manifest error – for example, a price of 100.0 for a heavy favourite – the company reserves the right to void all bets placed at the eroneous price. This is not applied arbitrarily; a manifest error must be clearly identifiable as a pricing mistake that no reasonable betor could have believed was intentional.

All casino games available on the 77Taya platform – including slots, live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger), game shows, and table games – are provided by certified third-party game software providers. All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games reflect the theoretical long-term return and are independently verified. Individual session results will vary and short-term variance can be significant. RTP figures are not guarantee of individual winings in any single session.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a casino session:

• If the outcome of a round cannot be verified, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• If the outcome was already determined at the point of disconnection and can be recovered from the game server logs, the recorded outcome will stand.
• 77Taya is not responsible for losses arising from internet connection failures on the member's side.

Live dealer games at 77Taya operate under the rules of the respective game provider's studio. In cases of dispute over a live dealer outcome, 77Taya will request the relevant game log from the provider and the result will be reviewed against the provider's rules. The provider's decision is final for live dealer outcomes.

77Taya offers a range of bonuses and promotions to its members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referal rewards, and seasonal event promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to awagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x) is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless otherwise stated. Real-money funds in your wallet are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account. Activating a new bonus before completing the wagering on an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77Taya platform and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and permanent closure if the violation is confirmed:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one account, under your own name or another person's identity.
• Underage gambling: Registering or playing while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to the platform by a person under 21.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity documents for KYC verification, or impersonating another member.
• Money laundering: Using the 77Taya platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to layer conceal illicit funds.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or system manipulation to extract guaranteed profit from bonus offers.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players during live casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the platform.
• Technical exploitation: Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after funds have been used to place bets. Chargebacks against gaming transactions constitute fraud and will result in immediate account closure and referal to appropriate authorities.

77Taya actively monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited behaviour. Detection methods include device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, transaction pattern analysis, and third-party fraud detection services. Members found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have all pending withdrawal requests cancelled and all balances forfeited.

77Taya reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected violation of these Terms or applicable law
• Receipt of a regulatory directive or court order
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or identity theft
• A member's request for voluntary self-exclusion
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to dormancy review)

Where an account is suspended for investigation, 77Taya will contact the member by email within 5 business days with details of the reason and the steps required to resolve the matter. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the suspension will be lifted and the account restored with full access to all balances.

If an account is closed due to a confirmed violation, all bonus funds and bonus winnings are forfeited. Confirmed real-money deposits that were not used in violation activity may be refunded to the original payment method at77Taya's discretion, after any outstanding obligations (e.g., active bonus wagering requirements) have been assessed.

Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 77Taya support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

77Taya collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and platform operation. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the77Taya Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms.

In summary: 77Taya does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operation (payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud detection providers) and with regulatory authorities when required by law. • 77Taya is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform beyond the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the loss occurred.

• 77Taya is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 77Taya's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 77Taya holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from the use of the 77Taya platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory authority or courts as specified in our licence terms.

77Taya's internal complaints process is the first step for any dispute. Members who believe that a bet was settled incorrectly, that a withdrawal was unjustly delayed, or that their account was closed without valid reason should first contact our support team via live chat or at support@77taya.best. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.

77Taya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes – such as changes to deposit or withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or prohibited activities – will be communicated to all active members via email notification sent to the address registered on their account, and via in-platform banner, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or reformatting may be made without prior notice.
